The cafe food is definitely nourishing, but obviously could be plated with aesthetic appeal. Shop is in need of decluttering and I envision germ-phobics and neat freaks taking one look and exiting before buying. This is the only reason I give just 3 stars. I love to support this local business because I am a wannabe vegetarian and the owner consistently donates lunches to public radio during fund raising campaigns.

The owner is really nice and very thoughtful in preparing each meal beautifully and with generous portions!
This restaurant feels like a time capsule of when health food restaurants and shops had personality and were more financially accessible.
The expensive trendier behemoths of WholeFoods/Erewhon might have a bigger selection of food/supplements, but here at this restaurant you feel the love in what you're eating and buying - and it's affordable - which is rare and priceless! Thank you! -
